A special message from MP Serré regarding the increased number of contacts with his constituency offices in the last month.

“I take great pride in listening to your concerns. Thank you again for taking the time to communicate with me, it allows me to bring this feedback to my Caucus colleagues in Ottawa. That is why I signed up for this job, to work hard and to do my best to represent the constituents of Nickel Belt. Democracy is strengthened when we speak up respectfully and as an MP representing over 91,000 residents in Nickel Belt there are many priorities, points of views and opinions to consider. Pandemic fatigue is impacting all Canadians, I appreciate and empathize with everyone, we all are desperate to return to a sense of normalcy. I will continue to advocate for what matters to you.

• MP Serré is participating in both in person and Hybrid format of the Parliamentary Session
• MP Serré participated in various caucus and committee meetings including the National, Indigenous, Natural Resources and Status of Women committees, Joint Interparliamentary Council (JIC)  
• MP Serré continued his Parliamentary Secretary functions and duties to protect and advance minority languages in the country

• Marc continues to meet with his Constituency Office staff, residents, stakeholders, municipal leaders, Indigenous communities, not-for-profit, local entrepreneurs and more, to keep the pulse on the priorities in the region

• Marc continues his role as Chair of the Canadian Section of ParlAmericas

• Marc met with Cambrian College President Bill Best concerning the college’s strategic advancement
