With Remembrance Day around the corner, MP Serré encourages everyone to safely attend an event or find other ways to honour our brave Canadian heroes. MP Serré has remained hard at work since his recent re-election for a third term as Nickel Belt MP. Here are some of the community engagements that took place in October:
- MP Serré returned to Ottawa to be officially sworn in as Member of Parliament for Nickel Belt
- Marc continues to meet with his Constituency Office staff, residents, stakeholders, municipal leaders, trade union leaders, not-for-profit, Chambers of Commerce, local entrepreneurs and more, to keep the pulse on the priorities in the region
- He continued his role as Chair of the Canadian Section of ParlAmericas
- Marc took part in a Greater Sudbury Seniors Advisor Panel Meeting
- Marc met with Kevin Fitzgerald from A1 Blasting in Sturgeon Falls
- Marc met with Northern Policy Institute’s President Charles Cirtwill
- As a champion of small businesses, Marc visited several local businesses during Small Business Week including:

-Papaya Pops (Chelmsford)
-Chelmsford Home Hardware
-Coniston ValuMart
-Creative Meats (Warren)
-Byrnes Gulf Services and Gas Bar (Azilda)
-Bob’s Auto Services (Coniston)
- Marc met with a representative from Deltion Innovation
- Marc met with Denis Castonguay from the Verner CO-OP
- Marc took part in an Indigenous focused Fridays for Future Climate Strike
- Marc met with Devin Arthur, local Chapter President of the Electric Vehicle Society
